No box

This necklace arrived in a bubble wrapped bag and not the signature Kendra Scott gift box. This is a Christmas gift and I’m questioning if this is even a new item. Where is the box?

Tarnished

This was an absolutely gorgeous necklace until it wasn’t. It’s tarnished so badly now, it’s unwearable. At this price point, I would not expect that. I’m so disappointed.
