KNOCK OFF!!!!!!

I purchased the Kendra Scott Gold-tone Lindy Rae Elisa pendant. SHAME ON YOU MACYS!!!! Your reputation as a trustworthy store just went down the toilet. This necklace looks NOTHING like what is pictured on your site. And NOWHERE does it say the necklace is coming from a third-party vendor (we know no better than to purchase anything from a third party vendor, usually junk). Look at the pictures, the one on the left is what I received and the right, is Macys picture, RETURNING AND CLOSING MY ACCOUNT!!! THIS DESERVES ZERO STARS!!!!

pretty necklace

the necklace is very pretty, I'm only annoyed with Macys for sending in a brown box with no plastic wrap or Kendra Scott velvet pouch. Can't gift it like that!
