Not at all as advertised

I loved this necklace as soon as I seen it and had to have it. Received it and total let down. Very pale. You can’t even tell what it is unless you look very very close. The color is not as rich and beautiful as pictured, Never been so disappointed in Kendra Scott. They missed the mark on this one.

No box and bag

Necklace is fine, however when ordering online it just arrives in a baggie. No yellow box and velvet bag to gift in like if you were to purchase in store

Very upset as I never received the jewelry as promised and it was a gift. I had to give something else. I want to cancel otherwise I have to return it. Very disappointed.
