Arrived late

These shoes arrived 10 days late. Macys emailed me offering a free return due to the delay, but refused to honor it once the shoes arrived due to them being a sale item. The sizing on the shoes, as other reviewers mentioned, is also off. They are not little boys sizes. Strongly reconsidering continuing as a Macys customer due to their handling of this.

Wrong size

I bought these because I thought they were for my 2 and 5 year old great grandsons. The size 12 fit my 5 year old perfectly but the size 5 is huge, and would fit a grown man. These were for a Christmas party they were going to . I don't know how you determined the size but the size 5 is for the teenagers or men not for boys. I know these are not returnable please don't list mens articles in with boys especially on closeout. I am not use to Macys doing things like this, maybe Walmart but not you. Please. Yes I would recommend these shoes for the proper person as shoes for men.
