Great Looking Jacket, Awful Snagging

This is a great looking jacket, but the first day wearing it to work and it has multiple snags. I work at a desk, not sure how or what it would've snagged on. Great look, bad quality.

Poor Quality

Returned. I was immediately disappointed by the thin and cheap-feeling fabric. Did not even try it on. Not at all what I expected for the price and from the Kenneth Cole brand.
