Not comfortable

I bought 2 pairs of this boots for my 2 sons. After school in the first day they wearing this boots, they said it hurt their feet. It's look stylish and waterproof but it's not comfortable at all. My sons doesn't want to wear them anymore & I can't return it after wearing.
