Poor service

I placed an order with Macy's. They made a mistake with my address, and when I contacted them to correct it, they told me they couldn't do anything. I spoke directly to UPS and made the change, but unfortunately, it wasn't valid because the store is supposed to make the correction. I contacted Macy's, and they said they couldn't do anything. When they made a mistake, my package didn't arrive, and now I have to wait for UPS to return it so they can process my refund or try to send me the package again. Disgusting service from Macy's. If it's their mistake, they should be held responsible.
