Nice shoe but small

The shoe appears to be a good quality leather, but it’s a stiff leather and runs very small. I wear a 9-9.5 in pumps and the size 9 was no where close to fitting. A 9.5 probably would not work either because this doesn’t seem to be the type of leather with give. I had to return the shoe.
