Save yourself the dismay

I purchased these shoes in February this year as a last act price, which I thought was a really good deal. I didn’t start wearing the shoes until April, and after the second use they are falling apart. Which is very disappointing considering this is a good brand. Macys could not do anything about it and I emailed the Kenneth Cole website which they proceeded to offer me a courtesy coupon of 30% my next purchase. But now why would I purchase anything from them ever again if these practically fell apart after two uses.
