Quality not as expected

Sadly I returned these shoes. The fit was a little large and the quality was not as expected. The product page says leather upper but it is actually synthetic and quite shiny/cheap looking. The chain detail is also plastic. Was expecting better quality

Sexy, edgy, and comfortable--winning combination. Can't go wrong with Kenneth Cole. I sized down a half size from my usual 6.5 to a 6 for a perfect fit.
