NEVER RECEIVED BOOTS!!

I ordered these boots and it has been 3 weeks with the tracking showing label created and nothing else. I have called Macy’s 7 times and each time they have promised reimbursement. I have yet to receive a credit for an item I never received.

beautiful boot

I have not had the opportunity to wear just yet. The initial try on was very promising. Comfortable, heel fits well, a bit of arch support and TTS. These have a fairly slim/skinny shaft. Which works perfectly for me, so I will most likely not return.

Incorrect info in description

I searched all over for a boot with a narrow calf. Surprisingly, most places only have a standard or wide option so you can imagine how excited I was to find these (the website states 9.5" stretchy calf). Now, imagine how disappointed I was to receive these in a wide calf. Just to be sure, I measured and it was about 15.5". The shape of the calf is even different. I immediately boxed them up and started a return.

great boot

These boots are amazing. Love the back, I have thin calfs so have trouble finding boots that fit well, these are prefect and they don't have that ankle sag that many do. Size was right on the money.
