shoe purchase

The shoes were very nice; however, the embellishment of flower pellets on the front of the shoe was not secured properly and was raised from the other pellets. I am not sure if this was a manufacturing or shipping flaw. I was forced to wear them the next day as I had purchased them to wear to a wedding. I am not sure if I can return them since they have been worn.

I was disappointed with these shoes. They were expensive and they arrived with the decor on top smashed in different directions. Maybe they should package them better before shipping. Also the strap is not adjustable so it won't stay up on your heels. They definitely run large. Will have to return them.
