Missing the pants

I bought this 2-set piece and only received the jacket. I called Macy's and they helped me order another set. Again, only the jacket arrived. It was super frustrating as I needed it for my son's Confirmation. Another reason for giving it a 1-star is that the suit is very small. My son is 13 years old and I had to get a size 20.

Size 14 is too small for my 13 years old. Looks like for 10 years old.

Frustrating time

When ordered online, you only receive the jacket. No matter how many times I called customer service I ended up with multiple jackets. Returned them all and went some where else
