The package never was delivered

I am very sorry to see the excuse they use that my address was wrong and after the package was delivered, I never received the item I purchased on November 1st. whose purpose was not fulfilled for me, since I had to wear shoes used at a wedding, but also that they indicated that I should keep the shoes that I never received.
