Not the color you see online

I ordered these shoes for pickup at my local store. When I brought them home, I realized they were grey with a blue bottom. I thought someone had accidentally put the wrong color shoes in the box. I ordered another one, but same thing! When the associates at Macy's checked to see what color showed up when they scanned "Sand" it kept coming up as the very light grey color. The picture is completely wrong and needs to be updated.
