Wrong color shipped

I wanted an extra 2 weeks for the shoe and the wrong color was shipped.

Order issues

I received the sneakers but I ordered these online and noticed that the color changed in my purchase history a week later. I ordered walnut but now I received cognac. I don’t suggest ordering since Macy’s employees can’t send the right color.

Great shoe…wrong color shipped!

As others also stated, the wrong color was shipped. Ordered Cognac, got some putty color. Now I have to return! They are a nice shoe… just wrong color! Buyer beware.. it wasn’t a one time fluke

Macy’s online shopping and cust service is AWFUL!!

Absolutely AWFUL experience. Cannot even rate the product bc Macy’s shipping and customer service is the WORST I have ever experienced. I NEVET EVEN GOT THE PRODUCT!! Absolutely horrible. They sent the completely wrong product not once, but two times - two different WRONG products. What was supposed to be an easy gift idea turned into multiple trips to long lines UPS stores to send back things I never ordered…and ultimately customer service told me not to even re-order a third time bc it’ll “probably be wrong again”!!! And…you cannot buy the item in stores!!!! Whaaat? Incredible. The worst purchasing and customer service experience of my entire life.

Wrong color sent.

I ordered Walnut color and Cognac was sent. Macy's delivery and customer service has declined each year for the past several years, perhaps post-covid.
