Macys Lost My Trust - Didn't get what I paid for

The only reason I give one star is that I cannot give zero. I was specifically looking for an RFID - safe wallet for my father's birthday. When I found this one, it looked ideal on the Macy's site. On the picture and description it was supposed to be made of nice brown pebbly leather, have plenty of compartments (including a see-thru ID pocket - a must for my father) and the most important, it is RFID protected. I was so happy I found the perfect gift for my dad and could not wait for it to arrive in the mail. However, what I received was far from what I ordered. It was a very different wallet. Cheap-looking, none of the desired features were present. No windowed or any separate ID pocket that was in the picture, different color, material looked and felt cheap, and worst of all it was not RFID protected like advertised. Shipping took a week and now I have only one day to scramble and find an appropriate gift for him. When I called Macys, after holding for 20 minutes, I was casually told that the item was not available at the time I ordered it.
