damaged open package

i received this item in damaged condition. The packaging was open and ripped. The box the set comes in is damaged. I go to do the return and Macys wants me to pay to ship it back . I am a senior citizen and this was a Christmas gift that now i will have to find someone to take me to the store to return. Not good customer service

Security Magnet

I can't believe they shipped the product with the security magnet attached. Now I have to go to the store to have it removed. The purpose of shopping online was to avoid the stress of holiday shopping.

I am absolutely loving this scarf and hat set!
