Poor quality and no customer service

I purchased these in January 2026. By March 2026, the hem of one leg came apart completely. I would have liked to have exchanged it, but the site says the return window is closed. There is no email for customer service, which is just plain contemptuous of customers. The virtual chat feature is laughably bad. It is virtually impossible to find a phone number to call. I won't be purchasing anything from Macys in the future.

Cheap, awful fabric

These pants are absolutely horrible because of the fabric. I've bought many items from Kenneth Cole in the past, clothes, shoes, accessories, and have always been happy with the quality. But I ordered two pairs of these in different colors and didn't even try them on before arranging a return. The fabric is cheap and thin and sleazy, a synthetic that is NOT appropriate for pants (I wouldn't want anything made of it, frankly) and shiny like old-school polyester. I miss natural fibers, I wear synthetic because that's all that's available, but NOT THESE.
