These are nice pants but they ARE NOT STRETCH WAIST!!

The fit of this pants is so good, I ordered size 31 (gray), I have been between 31 & 32 depending of the brand, this ones fit excellent, the gray color has a nice silvery tone, they look dressy and expensive, I'm 5' 3" (130Lb), so normally I need to hem my pants to my ideal length. Great purchase.

Beware these are not stretch pants!!!

Beware, these are not stretch pants. I wear a 32 in slim pants and a 30 in regular. I work out and have quads, hams, and buns. So I always get stretch pants when ordering slim. I tried them on standing up and they were decent. I could feel a bit of pull on my hams, but I should have sat down. So I am a lil at fault for that. I sat down and the seams are ready to burst.
