I originally ordered a Nautica Blue suit online during a sale, but they sent the wrong size and it was too small. I decided to go to the Macy’s at the Mall of Georgia to fix the issue in person, and I’m so glad I did! We were helped by a sales associate named Una, and she was absolutely wonderful. She helped us the entire waysuper knowledgeable, nice, and incredibly helpful. She let us know that a lot of the online suits end up being returned to her store, which made total sense given our situation. Thanks to her, we found a stunning blue Kenneth Cole Reaction suit that looks even better in person and fits my husband perfectly for his business conference. If you’re shopping for suits, definitely visit Una at the Mall of Georgia location. She turned a frustrating online mix-up into a fantastic in-store experience. We were in and out in less than 45 min which is amazing bc we both hate shopping 🛍
