The entire experience was flawless. I was worried I was not going to find something fitting because I needed it for the day after and I wouldn't have time to get the suit tailored on time. But that's when I met Patricia on the men's department. She took her as a mission to find me a suitable suit within the price range I was looking for. She did not complain once about me changing my mind several times and requesting to try other suits, she answered all my questions with a smile and even cracked some jokes. Honestly what made this experience something that I would repeat was the fact that I was helped with Patricia, and I say this because I have walked out MANY times from places where the product might be good but the attitude of the person "helping" is not quite right, this was a totally different game and I felt almost sad to leave because I wanted to continue shopping. I'm writing this review several weeks after the purchase. The fact that I still remember the name of the person who helped means that she really left an impression and next time I go to Macy's I won't buy a pencil if it's not with Patricia helping me. Thank you so much dear Patricia, you're the kind of person who dignify the place you work at. Keep up the good work and God bless you everyday. I'll come back soon to say hi! <3
