Online order went wrong

Terrible! I placed an order online for a size 6 shoe. My order arrived and while the box carrying the shoe was marked size 6, the shoes inside were a size 8. I contacted customer service immediately and they tried to reorder another pair with the correct size, but they were sold out. The issues of online ordering :(
