disappointed

Cute boots but after 2 wears .. the leather on the front of the shoe is already peeling & since it was past the return date , macys didn’t honor a return or exchange. Disappointing in them as well as #KENNETHCOLE

Top of boot cuts into ankles

The style of these booties is great; however, the top part of the boot cuts into your ankle when you wear them and makes wearing them very uncomfortable (unless you wear socks that are taller than the height of these boots). Will need to return.

Looks good but material is hard, cheap & hurts

Man I fell in love with the shoe the moment I saw it. When it arrived, I immediately tried it on and it felt so good, so I planned my work outfit for the next day....only to be in pain the entire day where the front of the shoe rubbed up against my leg so bad it was raw on both legs......Perhaps a foam padding or something would help but there is no way I can ever where these shoes again with this hard material scrubbing the skin off of my legs.
