Super cute and Fun! Ruby Red!

I am a huge HOKA shoe person and love them! I usually don’t even look at other brands. Then I saw these and thought why not. So, I ordered and every time I wear them I get compliments. They are very comfortable while walking and standing. I do have to double tie the laces. And if you sit with your feet up in a recliner they do feel a little heavy. Overall for the price you can’t lose with these. I highly recommend!

Not what I hoped for

I wanted to love them, but will be returning. They are very heavy and little cushioning. The color, red, is more like wine. I wanted red.

Not What I Hoped For—Sale price was great!

I really wanted to love the Kenneth Cole Reaction Women's Kacey Lace Up Sneakers —the red color and rhinestone sparkle initially caught my eye. But they’re surprisingly heavy, the top material is stiff, and there’s no flex at the ball of the foot. I wear a size 7 medium, and my foot is fairly narrow, but they looked big and bulky. Even after loosening the laces all the way, it was difficult to get the shoe on, and the back tab rubbed my heel and felt like it would cause a blister with regular wear. The rhinestones added sparkle but didn’t improve the overall look, and I had to return the shoes

Disappointed. 3 phone calls, no tracking, no shoes

Disappointed. Ordered tennis shoes on May 16. Three phone calls later, no tracking information, and no shoes. May 28th I was told they could reorder (3rd call) and expedite. I asked for a refund instead. First time ordering from Macy’s online. Probably won’t order online ever again.
