I liked the idea No

I liked the idea of the fringe. Though it would make for an interesting look. However I was so disappointed at the quality of the dress ( especially for the price) I had to return it. It looks so much better in the picture!

Snazzy dress

Interesting, as the dress portion is a knit fabric. The fringe on me (5'3") falls almost to the ground. I usually wear a size M and I ordered a 10 which fits, if I don't gain weight! I'll wear it with black sheer top with long sleeves underneath. Very striking!
