Received wrong pants…again

This is not a review on the item, but on Macys. This is my second time ordering these slacks and each time, I’ve received navy blue straight leg pants with a flat front. I guess I’ll need to finally get these pants directly from Kenneth Cole. Macys, get your act together. I’m being inconvenienced having to run to the post office to return your mistake.
