Size doesn’t match the advertised

Size not accurately matching size 14 for children. My daughter is a 12 and the coat fit our 8 year old cousin. Tiny.

This was purchased for my 7 year old granddaughter. Her normal size is 7/8. This was purchased thinking it’s a good price and she will grow into it, but she fit it, now. This item is made well. Size 14
