previously worn dress shipped to me twice

The first dress shipped to me did not have a tag smelled strongly of perfume and areas on the sleeves were bleached . I ordered the same dress to replace it and the 2nd dress had no tag smelled of perfume and had glitter and long strands of hair on the dress. Now I have to see if Macy’s will accept the returns very frustrating

This is a beautiful, classy dress. I bought this dress in the black and nude to wear to a memorial service, It fits great I was worried since I ordered it online, however I used the size guide on website and it confirmed my usual size I usually wear petite but since it had length listed I figured it would work with my short frame ,I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did !I can't speak for the other colors but I'm sure they are pretty as well
