Poor Quality

This was my first Macy’s experience as former small town southern gal. I am really disappointed. I tried the dress on in the store same shine and all. When I got it in the mail I tried it on and the zipper broke immediately. The dress itself was comfortable amd cute but I already have to go and replace the zipper because the dress was on sale so I can’t return it. It’s absolutely unacceptable. The zipper teeth are getting caught every few teeth. The zipper doesn’t actually zipper AND the zipper pull is made of plastic! I am so disappointed. I will probably not buy this brand again.

It’s a keeper

Great all around summer dress. Love the zipper on off. Quality embroidery and fully lined. Ran a bit small so I sized up.

Beautiful dress,… but.

I returned this dress. I give it 2 stars because it’s a beautiful dress but it’s not practical. First,... It runs small. It is very fitted around the waist. Second,..the zipper is cheap, it sticks and it’s very hard to zip up & down.. Third,…the embroidery is done where it will snag on anything that gets caught on. It’s delicate. For me it was too much to fuss with at that price point. But it is a beautiful dress.

Expensive With Faulty Terrible zipper.

Terrible zipper. Zipper broke on first wear. After getting the zipper to finally go back down the zip would not stay closed after attempting to zip back up.
