Disappointed in Non-delivery

I would give zero stars because I have not received my order. I need this dress for an event next week and thought it would be here so I could get it cleaned. I spoke online with someone Tuesday and they said it would be here yesterday, but the tracking still shows it in pre-shipment. Thanks for making me have to find something else to wear for my event
