Great Model after reviewing others

New features on this model make it worth the purchase! Love how temp of coffee can be adjusted! The options provided when selecting this machine and the fast delivery was nice too! Great machine for the price! Would definitely buy again!

This is not an upgrade from my last machine.

The coffee maker part works as expected, but Keurig need to develop a better method to froth the milk and make it easier to mix the coffee with milk. Prior to purchasing this coffee maker I was using my Nespresso Lattissima Pro and I liked the way the machine worked and mixed the frothed milk with the coffee in one cup automatically. I wanted to go with Keurig because their pods are cheaper and I can save money over time, but I guess I got what I paid for. Over all the Keurig machine works, but you have to froth and mix your milk separately.

Solid Warranty

We loved our last Keurig K-Cafe SMART and had put a lot of pods thru it, but when we started having issues with the brewer, Keurig stood by their product and promptly replaced it with a new unit. We’re back to brewing great coffee again, thanks Keurig.
