Maybe too many features
Replaced my old Keurig with this one due to the sale at Keurig. The “Smart” feature or internet connection is incredibly unstable, I have had to reconnect to the WiFi in the house at least every 3 days. If I have to do it one more time, I’ll simply leave it disconnected. The “smart” isn’t needed to make coffee. The handle on the water container is a great step forward for my older hands, the old maker required a Kung Fu grip to hold on to. I found that making multiple trips to the sink with a water glass had been a much better solution. I’ve been experimenting with the different settings for strength and heat and can’t really tell that anything makes a difference, even using the exact same K-Cups. So I’ve picked a brew cycle and will likely stick with it until the maker craps out or I do.

Replacement Keurig received!
Our K supreme smart Keurig quit working about six months after we purchased it. We applied to get a replacement and over a period of about two months after being denied a replacement we were sent a replacement. Thank you Keurig!
