disappointed ☹️

I understand that it's the holiday season and it's a busy time for retail workers, but I just wish that when there's an error with a delivery, it would be nice to be able to speak to a human being. The outfit I ordered was a 2 piece outfit, but I only received 1 piece. I didn't want to return it, I just wanted the 2nd piece. very frustrated.
