I Give this store a 20
I am never disappointed when I go to Macy’s. I found everything that I needed and more. There was a young new assistant working backstage. She only been there 3 weeks. I can’t find her name but, Mrs Dream the mgr was there and I had to tell her about my experience. I walk with a cane and was struggling there was no chairs to sit down so I had to keep leaning against wall or tables THE YOUNG LADY SAW ME STRUGGLING and had me sit in the dressing room. I told her what I needed and she finish up my shopping for me. She let me take my time walking while carrying my bag and walk me to my car put my big bag in and.help me get in my car. I will always look for her while I am shopping. Please put some chairs tru out the stores
