Backpack already ripped

We bought this backpack In July because it was on sale and my son loves pokemon. He went back to school August 18th and after only 2 months of using this book again it is already ripped. We have now had to buy him a new backpack. Just be aware that it rips easily.

My son is excited about his backpack, but in the product description it says that it comes with an insulated lunch kit. It did not come with a "lunch kit." It's a tablet case instead. Now, I will need to buy a lunch box. I'm a little disappointed about that.
