The cream was expired
The cream was obviously expired, smelled bad and had non-homogeneous texture.

Macys should check if the product is expired before sending I got mine and it was horrible Watery, purple green color just nasty looking. Now I have to waste time to return it
Not good near eyes.
This burned when I used. It took two days to get my eyes to stop burning.

Disappointed with the Texture and Packaging
I’ve been using this cream for over a year and usually buy it at Ulta Beauty with great results. However, this time I bought it from Macy’s, and the product looked very different—it was watery and oily, almost as if it had been mixed with something. The container also arrived open, which made me think it might have been used or altered. I decided to return it, and Macy’s gave me a refund, but I was really disappointed. I’ve always trusted Macy’s, so this experience was unusual and unpleasant.

Disappointing
I was really surprised with this purchase I had to request for replacement due to it was all runny as if it was OLD product sitting on the shelf for a long time… Well, second one I’ve received was same condition! Returned it and have second thoughts about this product AND Macys carrying an old expired products. I have used this eye cream before so I know what I was expecting.
