Disappointed with the Texture and Packaging
I’ve been using this cream for over a year and usually buy it at Ulta Beauty with great results. However, this time I bought it from Macy’s, and the product looked very different—it was watery and oily, almost as if it had been mixed with something. The container also arrived open, which made me think it might have been used or altered. I decided to return it, and Macy’s gave me a refund, but I was really disappointed. I’ve always trusted Macy’s, so this experience was unusual and unpleasant.

Disappointing
I was really surprised with this purchase I had to request for replacement due to it was all runny as if it was OLD product sitting on the shelf for a long time… Well, second one I’ve received was same condition! Returned it and have second thoughts about this product AND Macys carrying an old expired products. I have used this eye cream before so I know what I was expecting.

Free gift not delivered
Unfortunately, the free avocado treatment cream was not delivered with the main purchase. I am forced to cancel the main purchase of Avocado cream 0.95 oz

Kiehl’s changed avocado eye cream formula NOT GOOD
Very disappointed. Kiehl’s changed the formula plain and simple. The ingredients list on the bottom of the jar clearly shows just how different it is from the original i’ve always purchased. It’s no longer the eye cream I’ve relied on for almost a decade. The original formula had a very thick and creamy texture and was very close in color real avocado. Now, this changed version is very watery, a strange lime green color, and does not absorb into the skin or moisturize well.
