Disappointed customer service

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with both your service and the customer support I have received over the past few weeks. Three weeks ago, I placed an order for an item that has yet to be delivered. Concerned that the package was missing, I reached out to your customer service chat for assistance. I was informed that a replacement had been shipped, yet I was unable to track this new package. A week later, I followed up regarding the replacement, only to be told that it too could not be tracked. I then requested a refund, expecting the process to be straightforward. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. Over the past week, I have contacted your customer service team five or six times, seeking confirmation of my refund. Each time, I was assured that I would receive an email confirmation within 48 hours. It has now been ten days, and I have yet to receive any communication or my refund. This situation has caused me considerable frustration and disappointment. I expected better from Macy's, a company renowned for its customer service.
