Keeping PRoduct

I decided to keep this product. The cap was stuck and I couldn't get it to open. When I went to UPS store the guy working there was able to get it open. So I am keeping.

Not the same formula

I have buying this product for at least 15 years and it was amazing. Recommended it to all my friends but this new formula is SO disappointing!! It’s NOT the same formula and I am so so sad because there is no other product like it on the market!! CHANGE IT BACK PLEASE??!!! I beg you!!

New formula is terrible

Old balm was fantastic, but the reformulation ruined it. Does NOT moisturize and does NOT last. It’s nothing like the pictured product. It is also runny and clumpy.
