Changed formula is awful!

We used this shampoo exclusively for nearly 5 years. It WAS amazing! Smelled delicious! Always great. And then… I ordered my refills a little while back and something was off. The smell changed. It was not pleasant. I did not like it at all. But even worse, my hair hated it! I started getting dry, itchy scalp. My hair was shedding quite a lot. I started getting split ends which I never got as I don’t use heat or styling products at all. I was devastated they changed our beloved shampoo! We won’t buy it anymore. I’ve switched to Prose and that’s working so much better for me now. So disappointed in Keihl’s changing one of their best staple products. My entire family of 6 used this, but no longer!

This product makes me smile!!

Amino shampoo is the best shampoo I have ever used, & I’d never try anything else. I’ve been using it for years. My hair just shines, & I get compliments (you have the prettiest hair) all the time. The smell is wonderful!!!
