Arrived with Broken Top

Very disappointing to buy expensive shampoo only to see it was shipped BROKEN. This is a gift and it now needs to be returned on-store.

There will never be a better shampoo for me.

I've been using this shampoo exclusively for over 7 years. Nothing is as gentle on my sensitive scalp, yet leaves me with squeaky clean, soft, bouncy hair. I will use this forever and ever. I wish it came in a pump bottle!
