SOS! Bring it back!!!!!

This was the best in the biz!!! Seriously the best balm for instantly soothing cracked lips quickly without feeling heavy and sticky. The smell is also divine 😭 I love the mask too but the easy application of this one for on the go and in bags and cars etc was unbeatable. It is legitimately a crime to not sell this any more! I literally used q-tips to get every last bit out of the tubes when I found out it was discontinued. Nothing compares to it and all the dupes are rubbish! PLEASE bring it back, sincerely, all dry lip girlies going into winter rn

Bring back!

Please bring this back!! It was the best lip balm I have used, always bought several at a time. I had them in every pocket & car. You keep discontinuing everything I buy.

Bring this back!!

This balm is so good. Why would you discontinue this? I prefer not to dip my fingers into the jar version and I do not like the suggested tube balm. I noticed some die hard fans kept begging for that pot version to come back, but why is it at the expense of this version.

Excellent Butterstick lip balm - the BEST

This lip balm was by far the best on the market and it shocked me when I learned that Kiehl's was discontinuing this product. The balm stayed on the lips and helped keep them hydrated for a long time. I would highly recomment the company to bring it back. You have lost valuable sales opportunity not only to sell this product but also for your customers to discover more of Kieh's products. Makes no business sense when you stop producing a STAR*** product.

Gone is My GO TO!!

I have LOVED this product for years! I would buy 6 at a time! Cannot believe it’s discontinued! The natural color SPF 30 was my go to 20 times a day! Guess I’ll have to switch to Cle de Peau or Dior or some brand that fills the gap.

Please Bring Back the Butterstick!!

You've got to find a way to bring back this product. Look at all the reviews saying the same thing! There's nothing that ticks so many boxes as the Butterstick. It was perfection and there's nothing else on the market like it.

Why does the good stuff always go away

I’m stand in solidarity with these reviews 🤣 this is my favorite lip treatment ever, I only have a sliver left of the one I have. So sad that it’s discontinued please notify me if it’s ever brought back.
