Better than Most

I don't really go in for all the hocus pocus of creams for women. I like this because it blends well with my makeup. However, it's sooooo expensive so I can only buy when it's on sale. Otherwise, it's not really worth it. 5 stars for the quality, but 1 star for the gouging price.

Excellent Vitamin C Serum - Recommended

I have tried so many Vitamin C serums over the years, and the Kiehl’s Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate is the one I keep coming back to. It is hands down the best investment I’ve made for my skin. The texture is unique—it’s not watery like other serums, but has a velvety texture that makes my skin feel incredibly smooth immediately. It does have a slight warming sensation when you first apply it, which I actually love because it feels like it’s actively working. The scent is a faint, natural citrus smell (not artificial or chemical-heavy), which is really refreshing in the morning. I noticed a difference in my skin's radiance within just a few days. After about three weeks of consistent morning use, the texture of my skin has completely changed. My pores look smaller, and the dullness I usually battle in the winter is gone. It layers perfectly under my moisturizer/sunscreen without pilling, which is a huge plus. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but a little goes a long way (two pumps covers my whole face). Highly recommend!

please return to former formula

I love all of Kiehl's products, but I wish they hadn't have messed with this one! I preferred the tingle it had previously (when I received it as a deluxe sample), and felt it was stronger. Please return to the old formula!
