Discontinuing a popular product is a huge mistake.

This was what got me hooked on Kiehl's facial products, but its discontinuation is also what made me stop buying Kiehls....I'm not going to start relying on any of their other products just to have them discontinued.

Reading all the reviews I see that Kiehls is putting on a masterclass in how to lose customers! Listen to the people who buy your products! Bring back the eye de-puffer! Don’t refer your customers to other products that are probably 3x more expensive and don’t work as well. This was obviously a favorite- if you want to keep customers, bring it back and keep it the same as it always was. 5 stars for the eye de-puffer. Zero stars for Kiehls.

Cannot believe this is DISCONTINUED?!!

I do not usually write product reviews but I am so sad and disappointed this is now discontinued without warning. I have been using this excellent product for many years and always keep extras at hand. Please consider bringing this back even for a limited time so we can stock up in advance. Thank you!!!
