Soap or dust? A sudsy situation gone dry & awry!

I recently purchased five bars of soap, and upon opening them, I noticed they were almost in powder form. It’s clear that the soap is very old and has lost its scent entirely. I’d appreciate a refund or a replacement with a newer product, please. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This product did what it was supposed to do!!

The soap was exfoliating, did not dry out my skin, and I did not need too much moisturizer afterwards. I will definitely use it again.

Great replacement for body wash and tufa

Starting to move to bar soap to prevent having to have body wash bottles and lufas. This bar makes for a great replacement. The soap smells good, has some grit in it and most importantly, cleans really well. If you have skin on the oiler side, this bar should work well for you. If you have drier skin, you may want to pass on this one and go for the other bar Kiehl's sells.
