Thin, slippery, not moisturizing nor occlusive
I tried really hard to like it but this is definitely not for me. The formula is too thin and slippery. It is neither moisturizing nor occlusive. It literally does nothing. I've been using it for 8 weeks to give it a proper chance. The only food thing I can think say is that it is unscented if you are not into scented lip balm.

Needs a lip applicator on the tube.
Works great but needs a lip applicator. Cant be squeezing it onto dirty hands all the time. I actually work for a living with my hands. Until you come out with an applicator style tube I won’t be buying any more.

Allergic Reaction
This product gave me a major allergic reaction. I look like I got lip injections which would be great if it weren't so itchy. It is unclear which ingredient caused this as there are many chemical ingredients listed and I've never had a reaction like this. I'll stick to more natural brands in the future. What a waste of money!

Highly moisturizing
I love kiehls products. Lip balm is my new favorite. Its not heavy and yet it is very moisturizing.

Lips r so dry :(
Oh no! This new formula is terrible, it dries up my lips. I didnt know you changed the formula, and i bought 3! I just opened the first of my 3 today. What happened to the old formula, please bring it back! I have been buying your lip balm for over 10 years. This formula is noticeably different from the original. Can i return these? I really can’t use it, my lips are so dry.

Minted Lip Balm
I like this lip balm, the feel of it on and how it keeps my lips from drying out over the day in the arid climate of the desert where I live, but, the top of the tube, where you apply it after squeezing some out on the tip of the tube, is not as smooth, or in the correct shape for a smooth application. Rather concave and somewhat rough. Needs improving for a flawless finish.
