New formula is terrible
Please bring back the old lip balm! This new version makes your lips dry and rough. Better to use nothing than this formula! Going to get my money back. Stay away from version. It’s white instead of clear and doesn’t work at all.

Nice but not spectacular. I found it similar to Vaseline but thinner in consistency.

New formula is not nearly as good as the original
New formula is terrible for me. I'm a long time Lip Balm #1 user and am totally addicted. I put it on every night and multiple times a day. So disappointed with the new formula.

Bring back the old chapstick-style lip balm!!!!
This balm moisturizes well, but it's a poor substitute for the discontinued lip balm that was in stick form. I find this one to have an unpleasant iodine taste, and you probably want to use your fingers to apply it, as opposed to the very minty and pleasant-tasting chapstick-style lip balm, which didn't get your hands greasy. Bring back the old stick chapstick please!!!!!

BEST LIP BALM I HAVE EVER USED.
Immediately, upon using the lip balm, my lips began to heal, and, after two (2) days of use, my lips were healed.

Grainy and clumpy texture
There were white grainy clumps in the balm. The grainy clumps clogged up the dispensing point. When I used more pressure to try and squeeze the balm out, a large amount came out and that amount was wasted. Very unhappy with this product.

Awful new formula, heartbroken
They reformulated the "original #1 lip balm" but kept the name and packaging exactly the same, which is incredibly misleading. It is not the "#1" anymore by definition. Not only that, the new formula is so bad it actually made my lips worse.
