Waste-a total waste of my son’s money!
I can’t get the product out of the jar!!! If I could do that then maybe it’s a great product. I had a lousy Mother’s Day as my mom just passed… this and other Kiehl’s products were gift from my son. This however won’t dispense.

Best cream for sensitive skin I have found
This has been threonly product that deeply moisturizes the skin on my face and completely takes away the redness, with absolutely no irritation.

PLEASE just make the dispenser easy.. There is really no reason to make using your products difficult. You're making something that should provide calm and happiness into frustration. What a way to deter future sales.

I agree that the dispenser is impossible to use. I have just purchased this and had to eventually pry off the lid to use - the press and slide does not work

I am giving this product a 3 because of the package. I love this cream,but it is VERY difficult to dispense.

Best moisturizer I have ever used!
This is without question the best moisturizer I have ever used. Over the years my once perfectly hydrated skin is now on the drier side now that I'm in my 40s. I could run a department store with all of the products I have purchased over the years and been disappointed with. I am so grateful to have found this product. After washing my face I use the Kiehl's hydroplump serum, wait for it to dry and then put this over it. I seriously don't have any issues with dry skin anymore as long as I use this regimen. As a physician I pay close attention to skin products and love everything about Pure Vitality Renewing Cream.

Didn’t work for me, does nothing instead i start to get some acne..doesn’t suits my skin.
