Great Product!
This is my favorite face cleanser. I tried several other brands however Kiehl's face wash is the only one that make my skin feel hydrated and soft with having to add other product. All you need is this and the moisturizer.

Good basic cleanser
It's fine but nothing super special. A good basic cleaner. It does get a bit thick so you have to lather it first, and it might leave some residue on your hands if it's not fully foamed. But it gets the job done, no complaints.

Different formula.
I've been a loyal user of this cleanser for over a decade, typically ordering several at a time and replenishing my stock when it gets low. However, my most recent order has left me a bit surprised. The new formulation is completely different from what I've been accustomed to—a creamy texture and a distinct smell. After using it, the feeling on my skin is also different. To be honest, I preferred the previous gel texture, even though it didn't effectively remove all my makeup, leading me to wash my face twice. I'm hopeful that this new formula will perform better, and I'm willing to give it a chance. If it works out, I’ll stick with it. If not, I may have to explore other brands.
