Poor Quality packing was terrible

Have bought many leather jackets for myself and my husband this was the worst. Wrapped so terrible leather is so wrinkled not really wear me! Very disappointing!

Shipping is terrible

I would be happy to review if I ever receive the item. Shipped by FedEx, got all the way to Utah, where I live, from the midwest, then was sent back to Ohio. It came back to Utah and then after sitting for a bit was passed off to the US Post Office. Still waiting. It was ordered on the 11th. So it missed our pre-Christmas party on the 20th, Christmas day, and our larger family party today. Perhaps next time just send it by US mail or better yet, UPS.
