Jr Eyelet puff sleeve midi dress

Size is definitely junior, not misses. Cute, low neckline, empire waist, but it has a polyester lining over a cotton dress which defeats the positive aspect of cotton. Sale price made it a good deal. But I returned it because it was tight.
