Shipping

I placed an order on 7/20 with 2-3 day shipping selected. I needed it by 7/25 as I am traveling so a 2 day buffer should be good. Original delivery was Thursday 7/24 then changed to Friday 7/25 then at 11am on 7/24, they changed the delivery to Mon 7/28. Macys says their files say 2 day premium shipping and UPS has it as 3 day select which is not guaranteed. It also took Macys 2 days to get UPS the package. Macys did refund my shipping charges but something needs to change. I’m finding out if UPS can do anything and will update.
